What We Collect

When you use Call Insights Analyzer, we collect the following information through our lead capture form:

• Company name
• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number
• IP address (collected automatically)
• UTM source (collected automatically from referral links)

Call Recordings

Call recordings you upload are stored temporarily for the sole purpose of transcription and analysis. All audio recordings are permanently deleted within 24 hours of report generation. We do not retain, resell, or share your recordings beyond what is necessary for processing.

Transcripts

Transcripts are generated from your recordings by our transcription provider (Deepgram). Transcripts are deleted immediately after your report is produced and are never retained.

Reports

Your final insights report is retained and accessible via the permanent magic link sent to your email. Reports are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to process your data:

• Deepgram: Transcription of audio recordings
• Anthropic: AI analysis of transcripts (retains API data for up to 30 days for safety review; does not train on API data)
• Supabase: Database and file storage
• Vercel: Application hosting

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your report and all associated data at any time. A deletion request link is included in your report email. Upon request, we will delete your report, contact information, and any remaining metadata within 30 days.
