Data Retention Policy

Audio Recordings

All uploaded audio recordings are permanently deleted within 24 hours of report generation. Deletion is enforced through a three-layer guarantee:

1. Explicit worker cleanup immediately after processing completes
2. 24-hour storage TTL (time-to-live) as a safety net
3. Hourly reaper job that removes any recordings past their retention window

Transcripts

Transcripts are deleted immediately after the report JSON is persisted. Transcripts are never retained beyond the processing window and are not included in your final report file.

Reports

Your insights report is retained indefinitely. You can access it at any time using the permanent magic link sent to your email. If you wish to have your report deleted, please contact us.

Lead Contact Information

Contact information you provide (company name, name, email, phone) is retained for business follow-up purposes. You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing reports@boostedmovers.com.

Audit Logs

System audit logs are retained for compliance and operational purposes. Audit logs contain no personally identifiable information (PII) beyond an anonymized lead identifier.
